Introduction
Welcome to Everhand, a service provided by Aava, Inc. ("we," "us," "Everhand"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your firm's access to and use of Everhand. By using the service, your firm agrees to these Terms.
The service
Everhand is a candidate intake automation platform for recruiting and executive search firms. The service ingests LinkedIn profiles your firm provides, classifies candidates against your firm's taxonomy, and syncs structured records into your connected CRM (Bullhorn, Loxo, Crelate, Invenias, Cluen, JobAdder, and others).
Subscription and billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on the cadence agreed at sign-up
- All payments are processed by Aava, Inc.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We don't refund partial periods
- We may modify pricing with 30 days notice
Acceptable use
By using Everhand, your firm agrees to:
- Provide accurate firm information
- Use the service only for legitimate recruiting and executive search activities
- Comply with all applicable laws — including data protection (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA), employment, and anti-discrimination laws — when using candidate classifications and outputs
- Comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service when providing profile URLs to ingest
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service
- Not use Everhand to build a competing dataset, training corpus, or product
AI-generated classifications
Everhand's classifications — skills, seniority, industry, function, and other structured fields — are AI-generated outputs. They are designed to help your team work faster, not to make hiring decisions for you. You acknowledge:
- Outputs may not always be perfect; you are responsible for reviewing classifications before acting on them
- You — not Everhand — make all hiring, shortlisting, sourcing, and outreach decisions
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes (placement counts, fee revenue, time savings)
- You are responsible for using Everhand's outputs in compliance with employment and anti-discrimination law
Data roles
Your firm is the data controller for candidate data; Everhand is the data processor. We handle candidate data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and only as instructed by your firm. You are responsible for the lawful basis on which you provide candidate data to the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aava, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service — including damages caused by AI-generated classifications, integration failures, or candidate data accuracy.
Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms with notice. We'll communicate material changes by email or in-product. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
